UNRULY was born out of frustration.
A love for yoga but the yearning to create a studio that welcomes you, just as you are!
A space for modern movement that honours yoga’s roots — without the performance, the pressure, or the pretence. Too often, studios are asking bodies to fit into shapes they were never designed for, as if everyone should move in the same way, when in truth our bodies are anything but uniform.
At UNRULY, we believe movement should adapt to you — not the other way around. This is a place to explore strength, softness, and curiosity within the postures without judgement.
The wellness industry can be a beautiful world, but behind the scenes, teachers are too often undervalued — despite investing years of study, thousands in training, and endless energy into their craft.
UNRULY exists for them too!
This is yoga with attitude. A safe, welcoming space for both students and teachers. Free from micromanagement and narrow thinking. A studio that celebrates autonomy, integrity, and movement that feels true.
Come as you are, move as you need!
GOOGLE SAID IT BEAUTIFULLY :
“Unruly” in a yoga context generally refers to unconventional, high-energy, or emotionally raw practices designed to break away from rigid, traditional, or perfectly curated yoga aesthetics. It focuses on functional strength, mental health, and unapologetic self-expression rather than aesthetic perfection. These sessions are often aimed at building resilience, managing anger, or providing safe spaces.
